We are currently looking to fill the position of:

 Chef

(A la cart Restaurant)

English speaking, reading & writing is a must

Should currently work in an A la cart Restaurant

for at least 2 year or 3 seasons in a 4 /5 star Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant

Outside of Greece experience would be an advantage

Must be experience in Fine Dining presentation, as well as Brasserie type restaurant

An out-going, hands- on, dynamic, professional leader

Have a proven track record in a similar position

Have strong interpersonal & communication skills

Be a good team player & coach

Have strong organizational & leadership skills

Have sound computer and administrative skills

Self motivated with a drive to achieve set targets

Excellent presentation

Salary based on qualification and experience

Seasonal contract
